Diploma of Hospitality provides the skills and knowledge required in hospitality management. From food and beverage to housekeeping and front office, it is an opportunity to progress through the ranks, by gaining greater levels of experience in supervisory roles across a variety of departments. Designed to improve your ability to lead by example, it is the perfect course to make sure your talents get the right direction.

Upon successful completion of the Diploma, students will be eligible to receive a one year block credit into the Bachelor of Hospitality qualification across various universities and colleges in Australia.

Certificate IV in Hospitality provides broad range of skills, combined with sound knowledge of industry operations. Learners operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems. Many individuals have supervisory responsibilities and plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members.

Students will gain knowledge, skills and experience in all areas of food and beverage service, reception, reservations, housekeeping and events, making them extremely employable in the Hospitality sector.

Certificate III in Hospitality provides students with well developed hospitality service, sales and operational skills. The course provides valuable insights, with respect to the operation of the sector. During the course, students will work under supervision as well as have plans, policies and procedures to guide their activities. As it is a multi-skilled course, a student can specialize in accommodation services, food and beverage and gaming.

Upon successful completion of the Certificate III, students will be eligible to either start employment or gain a pathway to various colleges in Australia to the Certificate IV and Diploma of Hospitality.
